Pros of working at Ross Stores
I really like helping people whenever I can and being a friendly face among such a bug crowed of people.
Cons of working at Ross Stores
Occasionally they change the schedule last minute so I’d have to cancel plans I had been waiting months for or they’d let people go home early when our work hadn’t been finished yet so sometime I’d have to stay even later than I should’ve.

I really liked being able to see all styles of clothing or decorations so in the future I’d know what I liked more than other styles.

Pros of working at Ross Stores
Learning new skills and tasks and working as a team and being one of the first to buy the new items; we get when we get new shipments. Love the low prices on name brands and how they sell a variety of items like food, electronics, home accessories and furniture etc.

Sometimes the managers have attitudes and show favoritism to certain employees.

They care more about their workers working around your schedule and they have tried to be safe during covid as well

Schedule can oftenly change, usually not many hours are initially given then they do multiple call ins

Annual performance reviews vary so much by which boss you work for. I was rated very well, then got moved to a different team and was essentially called an idiot and strongly pushed out of the company. It was sad after a good 4 year run.
